Adult Jazz

This is a fun, non-syllabus class where you can learn exciting routines from your favourite West End shows to the latest music videos.  The class format will include body conditioning, corner and centre work and choreography.   Jazz combines the best of many different genres from Musical Theatre, Street, Lyrical and Commercial and we will explore all these styles throughout the term.  It is excellent for conditioning, core strength and improving stamina and flexibility.
